Some days the brain is cooperating. Other days it feels like you opened 47 tabs, lost the tab making noise and forgot why you walked into the kitchen. 😂
When I’m thinking about everyday brain wellness, I don’t look at focus in isolation. Mood, energy, sleep, stress and daily routines all matter too. ADHD itself is complex, and adults can experience difficulties with attention, organization, completing lengthy tasks and internal restlessness.
Meet my Happy Hormone – Dose Stack
This is the trio I’ve put together for people looking for wellness support around focus, mood and energy:
Reflexion + Renuvo + PreZoom.
I love having a simple routine instead of staring at a cupboard full of products wondering what on earth I was supposed to take. The goal is practical: support the areas that help me feel more ready for the day.
And yes, the boring basics still matter
A supplement stack doesn’t replace the foundations. Sleep, food, hydration, movement, structure and realistic expectations all influence how we function. Sleep deserves particular attention because sleep problems are common among adults with ADHD.
Pair the basics with systems your brain will actually use: visible reminders, fewer steps, timers, prepared food, a consistent morning routine and somewhere to put the keys that is NOT “wherever I happened to drop them.”
